DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Replace Playground Equipment and Safety Surface Addeliar Guy ES CCSD MPID #0014274 PWP #CL-2019-165 Bids will be received at the Clark County School District Contract Procurement and Compliance Department, 1180 Military Tribute Pl., Henderson, NV 89074 until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2019 and then opened and read aloud publicly for the furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of Replace Playground Equipment and Safety Surface at Guy ES. The Work consist(s) of: Remove entire area of the safety surface to concrete base, prepare base and install new safety surfacing to comply with ASTM standards on the Kindergarten, Intermediate and Primary Playground Units. Prepare area around perimeter for and install concrete curb around the Intermediate and Primary Playground Units. Demolish all playground equipment in coordination with CCSD Safety and Equipment Unit to salvage reusable parts. Prepare for, provide and install new playground equipment on the Kindergarten to include Pre-Kindergarten Equipment and Intermediate and Primary Playground Units. Prequalified Prime Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor’s License with the Classification of A/B or C-40 or C-25. Prime Contractors prequalified pursuant NRS 338.1379 intending to bid this project must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at CCSD Risk Management Offices, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 4828 S. Pearl St., Las Vegas, NV 89121. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Risk Management offices, 2nd Floor Conference Room. At this conference, bidders must submit evidence of qualifications as required in Document 00 21 13 of the project manual. All general contractors must be pre-qualified with the Clark County School District prior to attending the pre-bid conference.
